"This company very quickly has become unreliable and inconsistent. It is not the company I originally made a contract with. Upon my visit for my touch up in December I was charged $94.80. Receiving the exact same touch up areas in the month of January I was charged $210.00. After discussing it the ladies could not explain why. After calling a different location I was told that I was charged incorrectly and that I should take it as a "win." There is no win with surprises and inconsistent companies. Not to mention the staff who could not explain the difference. No willing to help or investigate. Customer Service Zero."

"All of the ladies were so kind and friendly. The office was really nice as well and I just loved my nurse who did my laser session. She was nice, funny, and put me at ease because I was a bit nervous as this was my first time ever doing laser.
