"I know this location is very new to the area, but I have to say I am disappointed on how they handled my complaint. I had stopped in a week and a half ago and grabbed a deluxe box meal. For the drink I had ordered the sweet tea. When I got home I noticed my cup had an initial “B” written on the side of the cup in sharpie. I tried to look up a number to call to let them know and could not find one on google. So I stopped by today, order the same thing, but this time with no drink. I then proceeded to tell the lady at the drive through of what had happened the last time I was there and she was VERY dismissive. She told me that none of the employees are allowed to have their cups up front, also proceeded to tell me that none of the employees drink the tea because they don’t like the lemon flavor of it. She asked if it was written on the top of the cup and I told her no that it was written on the side with sharpie. She was clueless. She did end up giving me a lousy discount that in my opinion just took off the tax of my meal. Could use some training on customer service if you ask me."
"I understand this is a new store, and perhaps new employees , but I was very disappointed when all my tacos came with broke shells, and absolutely no hot sauces that I specifically asked for, ( I don't mind eating the dehydrated horse meat, but the hot sauce is important to me ) sorry but I was disappointed."
