"Love this store! Been taking my Pup to Shrewsbury Store for months now to give her a bath. I have a hard time bending over the bathtub. Always clean and friendly!!!! Can tell real animal lovers work here. Today (6/24/18), I was there around 1pm and I witnessed an excellent display of customer service. A lady was trying to purchase a certain treat she gets at this store and they were out of stock. The young lady working there worked for at least 20 minutes looking for when shipment will be in and calling other stores in area. She apologized several times to the customer who keep telling her "no worries". This of course was in no way her fault, but took it to heart that she could not help this customer. It really made me see that the employees here really like their jobs and want to help!!!! Thanks Pet Valu for always making my experience a pleasant one!!!!"
