"Went to this store tonight. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. The bottom part of the bun was super soggy with the juice from the meat, onions, etc. I brought it back up to the counter and asked them to transfer the ingredients on the sandwich to a new bun. Problem solved. The young man that took my order and I’m sorry I didn’t get his name, insisted on making me a new sandwich. I told him that was completely unnecessary but he insisted and they made me a whole new sandwich. These days it’s hard to find good customer service, especially from younger employees (yes, I said it and there are plenty of business owners that would agree with me). Kudos to the young man taking orders tonight and making things right!"

"Food was still good. They just opened so I guess they're all still learning. Why build a restaurant without seating ? There is another one just a few minutes up the road. They have seating and it's also a privately owned place. Jersey Mike's Corp screwed them over. I'll be driving past this one till they figure out the seating."

The business 22 highway has had a light pierce through the clouds and divide the gray lack of hope laying within our community. We have been blessed with a Jersey Mike's. It's like Mike Jersey himself parted the red sea and allowed the sandwich loving people of the promised land to find shelter. When I asked for "the juice" I demanded my sandwich be moist beyond repair. And by God the sandwich assembly hero with the apron did just that. You can tell everyone behind that counter has fought the war of a thousand sandwiches and will not allow another child to go hungry. I could not imagine a world in which my kids live in without Jersey Mike's. After we got our delectable goodies of the heavens, I turned to my wife and I told her "I want to bite this sandwich and see it squirt across the room". And the gods did not disappoint. That sandwich and it's juice cleansed away my sorrow, washed away the pain, and waxed my heart with a new layer of hope for the future. I will he returning to Jersey Mike's soon, hungry for more."

"First time there and last. Ordered my food and even confirmed if it was made correctly since they were hot subs and they made it by the grill. The employee told me "Oh yea bro ... I got you don't worry". Came home to find out he didn't "got me". Sandwiches were made as basic as possible and nothing as advertised."

"Yesterday, I had a hellish experience at an unnamed sub shop. My family decided to chance this place, as it had great reviews. Best decision ever. The food is good, the service is good, everyone is friendly. My only complaint is that the food is a little pricy, so we can't afford to do this often, but it will be a nice treat when we do. PS: try the rosemary parmesan bread!"
