"the guys is the office at night shift were helpful with me, they got me loaded in a decent time, i 4got my safety vest and i had to get it, but that's the rules drivers must follow, whatever negative comment ppl say about them they probably not following rules since the sign is on the door, remember kindness is key folks, they got a hard job to deal with also."

"Went inside shipping office to check in after the camera/ speaker box didn't get a response. Some guy in the office wearing a deer park jacket was super rude and told me to go back outside and use the box because they were busy. Continued to get ignored for about 15 mins of repeatedly hitting the button. The woman that ended up helping me seemed nice but the guy in there is miserable or something and taking it out on the driver's just trying to do their job. Been here over 2 hours trying to get loaded."
"Great customer service even though I was at the wrong location I had to go to the next building over no problem both check in staff was very polite and helpful I arrived idk how many hours before my appointment time was put directly into a dock & was loaded extremely quickly"
"I tend to take any review with a grain of salt and a little suspicion, usually because now a days the trucking industry is filled with whiners. But in this particular situation I will agree with ALL of the negative reviews. This place is poorly organized, poorly managed, and the size of the place can’t handle the volume of truck traffic that is hurriedly coming in to park and wait there full shift to be loaded. If you value your DOT hours, your patience, and at the very least value your truck do not come here. It’s an accident waiting to happen. All I see here is insurance claims and new hoods being put on ALOT of trucks. Have a good day, and keep it between the lines out there drivers."
