"Worst pharmacy ever. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is horrible. First off it’s the pharmacy’s job to reach out to the insurance companies about billing. But for some reason the pharmacist tried to put that off on me which blew the minds of the drs, and the insurance agents! Also when a script is called in at 9 AM and the automated system tells you it will be ready to be picked up at 12:30 PM that day. It’s to be ready by 4:30 when someone is there to pick it up. They damn sure shouldn’t lie and say it was just called in 5 minutes ago! Now I’m working on day 3 of hearing back about a script being filled! Once again your staff isn’t doing their job and my child is going without her medicine! If I could give -5 stars I would!!!"
"Getting someone to answer the pharmacy phone is next to impossible. Be prepared to call multiple times. When they do finally answer they seem like their hate their job and you are a complete inconvenience to them. They put you on hold and then never come back to the phone."
"The employees here seemed unfriendly and kind of miserable when asked if there was a restroom I could use. They definitely lost a customer because I needed to buy some items after but went elsewhere."
"Went to pick up blood pressure meds for husband. Waited outside an hour for them to open. Pharmacy closed? When we asked the cashier what time they open she stated "it's on the door" we asked again and she said "we don't know" if they no longer have a pharmacy they should let the doctors office know they can't fill the prescription so it can be sent elsewhere. The snippy cashier needs a job in a different field other than customer service!"
"Shopping the store is fine but the pharmacy needs some work. First off trying to find a parking spot can be difficult as OIP uses their parking lot. Their drug ordering program needs some work for instance if you have a prescription that is not often prescribed they will not have it in stock and they only order enough to cover one month not your refills this practice is ridiculous because you have to wait an extra day or two.God forbid you really need that med. I know because every month for the last year I've had to call them to get my prescription filled. Putting it on auto refill doesn't help the cause either as they overlook it and you need to call"
