"This Panera is pretty decent, though the staff is sometimes not the best. It’s usually good service half the time you come here. Though when it’s good, it’s really good! Just depends who’s working I guess. Food is pretty good, I quite enjoy the cinnamon crunch bagels and green tea! It can be busy depending on the time of day, and a lot of the time, the tables are dirty, which is understandable. The prices for some of the food are a bit high for the amount you get, especially for the overall quality of the food. Overall though, it’s a good place to grab food if you want something quick, but for the prices, might be better to eat at a restaurant if you have the time."

"We were greeted by a lady who was not hiding the fact that she was playing on her phone, then when she ask for a name I tell her my name AND spell it yet she still gets it wrong it’s not hard wayne not Dwayne. We get our food and my bread is cold and soup is cold. Was in a rush because my wife had to get to work so no time to complain but I will not be returning."

"I came in last week and placed my order on the app for dine in. I accidentally pressed the wrong sandwich on the app in my pick 2, but the staff was quick to help me and told me not to worry. They prepared my food correctly after I made a mistake without a second thought. Made the rest of day better! Went back 3 times since my wonderful experience. Thank you, Panera!"

"This place is nasty. It doesn’t look like the tables or booths are ever cleaned. Ordered two sandwiches for my partner and me, and one of them was completely wrong. Ordered a bread bowl and wasn’t told the soup was out of stock until our order was up. Forgot to give us the bear claw we ordered. Should have known immediately to turn around. Got sick after eating here. Seems messy and disorganized in terms of management. One lady just left because they didn’t have anything she ordered."

"Never has anything in stock. Constantly out of baguettes. Ordered a dozen bagels on the app. Got a notification that it was ready just to arrive and get told that they only had 6 of my bagels available. Then waited another 20 minutes for them to finish the order just to forget my cream cheese. As a business owner myself, I get things happen, but there needs to be better systems to make sure this doesn't continuously happen."
