"Very friendly owners. Pretty place In the fall. Closing in 4 days for the season. Just an overnight stay for us. A detour coming in made it a bit harder. Remote Back roads. We stayed in a 35ft motor home pulling a jeep. I would stay again. No full time people here but a lot of seasonal storage."

"Camped here during Labor Day and was right on the lake. Very nice campgrounds. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Bathrooms clean and well stocked. Camped with friends who had young kids. They had a blast fishing in the lake. Overall great time."

"It was my husband's and I first time ever going there. It was very nice we really enjoyed the people and the whole atmosphere they were wonderful and very friendly. Our cabin was very clean we even had a fire pit right there and if you don't have firewood no worries you can get some at thier general store it has a very large selection of items. We even had our friends camp there also thier first time we are all already planning on going again next year."

"We've been taking our youth group to Lakeside for three years. The staff is great, the property is gorgeous, the amenities are excellent and well kept. The owner make it VERY clear that this is a family friendly property and there is ZERO tolerance for rude behavior of any kind. The only slight inconvenience is that the lake-side tent sites are quite rocky, so you'll want to have pads if you're tent camping. We love this place and will be back for many years to come!❤"

"We enjoyed our short last minute camping trip! It was dog friendly and ten minutes from the highway! Cleanest bathrooms we’ve seen in a campground! Nothing worse than keeping your eye on a spider with your pants down. These bathrooms are worry free. Campsites were spread out nicely and each a little different. The staff was able to quickly switch us to a site that better fit our needs. They also have a nice in-ground pool for the less adventurous swimmer."
