"Peaceful place for a picnic or a walk. Bring some bug spray. The paths were mowed and easily walkable. The fishing was mediocre. We caught a lot of small sunnies but that's it (meal worms and small worms worked for them). Nothing more than that though. Would like to see more fish types added. Good for kids to catch some sunnies. There was a lot of algae on top of the water which was concerning. We fished an area down from where the algae was just in case it was unhealthy. Either way we had a decent time. Probably go back if we have some time to kill."
