"Will not go back. I’ve had my haircut done here before, but the last time was the final straw. Dallas pulled my hair so hard and rough that the chair was spinning with the pulls. I had tears in my eyes. The whole time she complained about her lack of staff and having to work a ton by herself. The cut so was fast I was in and out in 15 minutes, which might be great for some, but my thick hair felt awful and jagged after. I like the prices here, but would rather pay more for better service and experiences."

"I showed up late last night, unaware that they would be closing soon. Michelle still took her time and gave me a great hair cut and beard trim, although I’m sure they wanted to close the doors and be done for the day. Great customer service."

"Very good non- full service hair salon...Clean...no frills. Well organized system for customers....with covid still prevalent. Haircut reasonable ...but add on shampoo and blow dry.....gets too pricey!! Hair dressers all skilled and kind....How about a special offer day once a month? Shampoo haircut blow dry for $25.00?? Why not??! Give regular customers a well deserved break! A reward! Lots more women will come in..Better tips, too! C'mon!!!"

"The staff was friendly and timely, so the star is basically for that. My haircut was a disaster. Now mind you, I'm not a professional hairstylist but it's not a good sign to think "what the heck are you doing!?" repeatedly while someone is cutting your hair. When I walked in, two stylists were present and both greeted me. I was seated relatively quickly and I asked do get my hair cut shorter (7 inches gone). Once that was off we talked about layers and I think that's where it all went wrong. I asked several questions (e.g. Would it flatter my face, how many layers are recommended, could I still put my hair in a ponytail etc) and only received one-worded answers like (yeah, sure) and my stylist quite frankly seemed disinterested. That should have been a sign and I should have left it at that but went for it, thinking how bad could it be!? The answer: Very! The stylist took chunks of my hair and cut upwards... Not sure why. The end result was very asymmetrical and frustrating. I asked the other hairstylist (who was on her phone the entire time while I was there) what she thought of the layers and she looked up briefly and just said "Looks great" and went back to her phone. Needless to say I left VERY frustrated and angry. I wore my hair up for a week straight until I found someone trustworthy that fixed it."
