"I went in to Unleashed in Olney for the first time this week and was very impressed with the service. I needed to start my dog on diet food and when I entered the store, Sam asked if he could help me find anything. I didn’t know what food I wanted to buy but was looking for something with under 350 kcal/cup and limited fat. Sam knew exactly which foods met my parameters and showed me several options. He located other items I needed and then helped me carry it all to my car. I was pleased with the variety of options, but what will keep me returning was the excellent customer service I received"
