"No customer service anymore. Since this new “bring your own bag” policy it’s gotten even worse. 2 employees are just standing around the self checkout doing absolutely nothing. The one was just standing at the end looking down at her phone the entire time. Why are they even there? The customer is the one doing all the work."

"This store is convenient to visit where I live. However I prefer not to because it's overly priced and majority of the staff is not welcoming, slow, and unengaged."

"Tried to cash my SSI, as I'm in the process of switching bank accounts so I received a paper check. Mike at the service desk told me "Sorry we don't cash crazy checks" WOW I will be contacting the district manger about this situation. This man has no business working in customer service."

"This store never has anything in stock. I think it’s partially because they don’t give hours to or value their stockers. The management is terrible (DANIEL) in particular. Let me say it again, DANIEL. The company advertises such a family oriented business, yet fires elderly employees for not working up to their standards. Disregarding the fact that the employees try their very best every shift, are never late for work and don’t call out. I’m not sure how employees are expected to meet expectations when they are only scheduled 4-8 hours a week. The management sets employees up for failure, in particularly elderly employees. hopefully the management realizes their store runs entirely because of the low-wage employees (who hardly get 8 hours a week) that keep it running. I will shop elsewhere from now on and I do not recommend this store due to the poor management and degrading of employees."
