"So disappointed. I hate to leave negative reviews, so I went back but they did not rectify the situation. Got charged for a gel manicure when I booked for a gel color change, they cut my finger, and my gel nails were streaky and bubbly. They filed some of my fingernails to different lengths as well. When I returned to show them and ask for a refund, they would only refund $20 when I paid $43. To add on top of that, the owners live out of state and there is so phone number for them so was unable to call them. They gave me an email address so I will email them, hopefully they email back. Hopefully today was just a fluke for them! I hear great things about this salon so it is unfortunate when something like this happens, and then they won’t fix the situation either. They offered to redo the nails but I don’t want to be cut or soak a bleeding finger anyways."

"Kevin is the BEST! My gel nails a month every single time. His nail art is so good. I wish Kevin could travel with me to do my nails. My friends all know that i have a great nail tech and everyone always impressed with them. HIGHLY recommend"

"Been here a few times before and never had bad experience. Nikki was able to fix my horrible nails from a tech at different location and matched the nail art I was looking for just in time to make it to my sister's graduation dinner. I will not be trying any other salons from now on, I don't get my nails done all the time, but at least I know now not to go anywhere else. The staff was funny and friendly and even the clients all spoke with each other."

"Love love love this place. Kev and Nikki are my two artist there, just depends on who's Available that day. I've been going here for probably about a year now and have not had any complaints. My nails are always nice and if something happens they're always willing to fix it. The rest of the staff is wonderful, and they're always very friendly. I'll include some of the nails they've done that I have pictures of !"
