"I love 5 guys. Great burger. Loads of fries in a large order. My only complaint is I think the price is just too high. 40 bucks for 2 burgers 1 large fry and 2 drinks. It doesn't mean I won't go again though. But because of the high price 5 stars is not in the cards for them."

"I was running errands and decided to stop in for quick burger and fries. There were no other customers but I stood there a few minutes while two coworkers carried on a conversation. My order was prepared quickly and exactly as I requested. Both burger and fries were really good and hot, just what I wanted. Peanuts in shell were fresh and tasty. Facility was clean and bright. Restroom was tidy and clean. It was a good experience overall."

The young man who took my order was very patient cuz it was my first time there he didn't rush me he was very nice I shouldn't have ordered the fries, oh they were delicious but I couldn't finish them all I wonder if they have a baby order size. Definitely I will go back again"

"We spent close to $80 on 4 burgers and a large fry and not only did they mess up the toppings on the burgers but they only filled our large fry cup up halfway! There were also no fries at the bottom of the bag and this has never happened in the 6 years we’ve been eating at Five Guys! To make matters worse, when I called, the guy who picked up the phone was so rude. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me “to call back in 20 mins” and then they were unreachable! How unprofessional and not worth the $80 we spent! What a way to ruin our family’s night!"
