"My family and I have come to this location a few times. Every one of these times the staff act as if we were "putting them out" by placing our order. We have gone in a few times, giving them the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps that maybe whomever "helped" us was having a bad day. No, unfortunately, it's been every single time and by multiple staff and management. This location just doesn't have friendly or even nice staff. I am sorry that I came here with my family to enjoy some bagels and made them actually have do their jobs and offer any type of service to us your patrons. I know you would rather not have to do anything at all and get paid to stand there on your phones. If not wanting to be "busy" is what this business wants, that's exactly what they will get. With their low quality of customer service, people will slowly stop coming in and they'll have more time to get paid to do nothing, but they will also not get raises and could also be without a job when they are forced to close this location due to poor sales, etc."
"I come here a lot for picking up doordash’s, I had an instance on 9/20 where I was waiting 45 minutes for one order. So I asked what they are waiting on, The Manager on duty was a middle aged female with ginger hair and she was extremely unprofessional. She came up to me as i was asking what they were waiting on for the order and she came up to me saying “ dont talk to my employee like that now stand back and stay quiet” It was the worst experience I have ever had at any panera in my whole life. I didn’t ask the name since she pushed me back but if i ever have an experience like that again with her I will be calling her boss and personally complaining. The employees Themselves were very kind as was I."
"Not worth it anymore since prices went up. $3-4 for a fountain drink? $9 for a cold sandwich and then they forget to give you chips? Sheetz is across the street, trust me, you'll have a better experience there."
"Uncharacteristically slow today. One person trying to take care of all the front-end customers is short-sighted. Someone from the back should have come out to help her. The server in the front was doing her best, but having only 2 arms and 2 legs left her quite busy. Do better for your employees, Panera!"
"The staff here is very sweet. Managers are rude and lazy. The food safety here is appalling. They had a broken bubbler for months and didn’t ever clean it. The pulp fell to the bottom and fermented. They don’t clean their steam well that they keep their soup in is never clean. So mix water, caked on debris, and soup you get a nasty brown sludge. That’s in your soup. For your own safety. Pick another Panera. There’s another close by. It’s much better."
