"By far the best fast food chicken. Beats the pants off of KFC. My only concern is the price. It's getting so high that it's nearly impossible to eat out any more. If I could do as good at home I wouldn't buy it any longer. I guess it's time for me to try to make it better at home now."

"Ordered 12 wings on line and paid for them. When we arrived the door was locked and we were told to go through drive through. Long wait only to be told they were out of wings. Unable to refund money but did offer substitute. We ended up with two orders of 7 shrimp instead."

"Chicken is always good. But everytime I decide to get chicken here I want coleslaw, and they are always out of slaw.. after about 5 times I'm thinking they never had it to begin with. Please get rid of the awful Mac and cheese. One other thing, your drive through line moves entirely too slow. 4 cars in front of me and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Absolutely too slow."

"Ordered online for drive thru pickup. Sat at the box to order for 10+ minutes, no one tried to take an order/ get my name, so I drove up to the window and the woman just looked at me without opening the window. Finally got her to understand I had an online order, she told me to go inside because it wasn't ready. Inside they struggled to communicate that they didn't have multiple items I'd ordered and needed to substitute them. Didn't have lids out for the drinks. I also saw some health concerns while inside. During all of this I watched them ignore more people who had lined up to order. When I got home the food was cold, and the person with me ended up sick after eating theirs. I won't return to this location."
