"Sold us a core of firewood that was not seasoned. Will not burn. It's full of water. Tried to bring over a moisture meter and didn't even use it because had another builder stop by wit a professional moisture meter nd the wood was over 28%. The real test was putting it in the fireplace. It NEVER CATCHES and it sounds like a lake. When you knock the logs together it sound like a hard thug. The bark is tight to the wood and it smokes up the house. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! The bottom line is this WOOD DOES NOT BURN! DISHONEST, LACK INTEGRITY, HORRIFIC BUSINESS PRACTICES. When you steal good money from hard working people it will come back to you triple fold. Please stop selling this bad firewood!"
