"Nice people, good food, BUT deli orders are ALWAYS missing stuff, especially when you use the online order system."
"Tonight was the best steak sub we ever received. This cook even remembered the pickle, which we had not received the last 3 times. Kudos to the cook tonight. The girls working out front were so nice and friendly. Service was all around excellent tonight !!"
"The overnight attendants have no idea how i can redeem my carwash for The everwash automatic carwash subscription that this store has advertised for. I literally purchased the subscription and it gave me a QR code for them to scan, yet they have no idea how to use it. I want to be clear that the employees are as helpful and kind as can be, but its very wrong for a company to advertise car wash memberships and allow people to pay for them without properly training each and every shift how to redeem such codes."
"Was having issues in the soft touch car wash. Not only did the inside employees give me a code to rewash, the attendant Woody who was running the ouside wash, scrubbed the front of my car and allowed me to run through again to ensure the car was completely clean...AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE"
"Exterior and interior is very clean. Fresh food and a Subway, nice snack options. NO MICROWAVE. Asked an employee to verify since I didn't see one during my walk around and this is a Mudflap destination, meaning a Trucker destination, and she did tell me no, but offered to heat it up. She was very polite and even asked me how long I would like it heated. She warned me when she brought it back that it was very hot and made sure I was listening before I grabbed it. Very attentive, wish I had got her name. Young black queen who deserves nothing but the best. Next thing we know, some woman in blue comes out of the back and jumped a woman in black named Jessica about how she shouldn't be warming up outside food. We were in shock. We have not seen that behavior anywhere in the United States and we were bothered by it. Obviously if you're a "truck stop" you should be willing to help heat up your highest paying customers food. To be clear, this was a small take out container, not like it was some random container or a gross lunch bag, there was no reason for it. So we asked what that person's name was and found it to be SUSAN the district manager. Anyway, after her little outburst we apologized to Jessica for putting her in the line of fire, had we known it was such an ordeal to heat up some food after spending $200 dollars in the store, we wouldn't have done it. We walked out and saw Susan trotting off behind the dumpster where she proceeded to light a cigarette. Also took a picture of her hiding behind there so I hope I can upload the photo and management can check cameras. I don't know who made this person a manager but Susan has some real issues. A leader pushes their TEAM up. This is not a quality leader, this is someone on a power trip. Store would have been a solid 5 without her there. Only gave three because of the incredible integrity and customer service the 2 other women provided, and I certainly hope that this woman Susan does not try to fire or discipline someone for doing what SHE should be doing. I wonder how many customers will not return simply because the lack of microwave. Us truckers have to drive 10 hours a day, probably more work than Susan does in a week. Your company needs to address this issue. No one would have anything without truckers and we also like to eat."
