"This is the best 7 Eleven I have ever been too and everyone treats you like family. I love it so very much. The biggest downfall and complaint I only have. Is corporate apparently decides if this store should have heat or AC and how high or low it should be and it is controlled in the corporate office for each store. Corporate may not give a darn about making employees comfortable in a working environment but I DO!! Do you have any clue at all that it is almost 90 degrees here in Falling Water West Virginia and as a customer I want to be able to come out of blazing heat and walk in in store that is nice and cool. As a customer I do NOT want to patronize a store that is hotter than outside. This also happens in the winter. Your corporate office controls the heat and decides how high it should be so you freeze your employees and freeze us customers. Corporate has no idea what our weather is like because they are NOT located here. Fix your AC in the store because you are killing us customers and your employees. You need to value these employees because they are amazing to us customers."

"What a convenience. 7-Elevens are just about everywhere locally. And for anyone who is wondering they do sell liquor (after 2pm on Sunday of course). This particular 7-Eleven was clean and offered all the same convenience food as the others pizza, hot dogs, breakfast bites, sandwiches and much more. It may work for a quick bite but I prefer other food joints personally. Masks are not required and staff was friendly and helpful."

"This is a great store over all the people are great. However lately there has been an issue with their lotto. I had $30+ in winning tickets and had the man rang it up and he told me they weren't winners, I questioned it knowing for sure they were winners. He wanted to throw them away but I told him I'd like them back so he gave them to me and I went to BP and cashed them in. Two days later the same man was ringing up a lady and I was at the register beside them being rung out. They lady had a similar situation, around the same dollar amount and it showed on the screen facing the customers that they were winners as well. I advised her to take them to BP. So its a great store but watch your winning tickets"
