"Just got the 12 taco box I asked for half hard half soft. They gave me all hard and there is barely any meat on the tacos a couple of the hard tacos were so broken you couldn’t even hold them"

"After a 5 hour trip this was the only open restaurant around 10pm in this area but they served me raw food. I was surprised to see how fast the food was ready. Now I know why. Have some respect for your customers. I would rather you tell me that you don't want to serve me so I can find another place but raw food. Come on. Sorry a people"

"This used to be one of the best ones around, but in the last 2 weeks I went thru the drive thru twice. Both times the order was wrong, the second time I repeated the order to the man working the drive thru and he said he would correct it. When I got to the window they still didn't have it right, a female corrected it after I called attention to it, when I got home to eat the order was still not right. Asked for no sauce and everything had extra sauce! Will no longer be coming to this store until they get someone that can take orders correct and not double or give less than what was ordered."

They take pride in the cleanliness of their store as well. This interaction was the best in PITTSBURGH and on par with what you are used to at a Chick fil A."
