"Was looking forward to this place, but honestly let down. They have a decent beer selection, but the food is not it. Not sure why the cheese curds were small crumbles in the poutine, but it was disappointing. The “grilled” chicken on the shop salad had never seen a grill in its life. Very tough and cold chicken cut up that clearly came from a freezer. Service was a little slow at the bar, but I can forgive that for a busy night. Would definitely go elsewhere in the future. I’m glad I got to try this place, but we won’t be back."
"The layout of the building is really cool as I'm a car guy I love garages. They definitely killed it for decorating the place. The food I was not a fan of, my buddy and I got the Crash Burger and we both had upset stomachs by the end of it. Not giving up on the place just cause of one experience. I'll be back for seconds and to hopefully turn my review for the better."
"Rear End is in a great location. They have a great atmosphere and they are fun to visit. I've been there a handful of times. My first visit when they first opened, I thought the food was great! Since then it has been okay. Their drinks are too strong for me. On my most recent visit we tried the special appetizer of fried plantains. They were not so good. Greasy and a bit burnt on one side. I also had the chicken tenders and fries. They were very good. Probably the only thing I would order there again."
"We've been wanting to try this out, and we finally did! They do take reservations, in case it is going to be a busier night when everyone is not on vacation, then you will need them. The food is good, the pricing is fair, and the server was definitely ON IT (almost to the point of too on it) The night we went it was not busy and that could have been why our server was able to really advance us about 4x in 10 minute if we were ready to order (and we were not) as we had never dined here before, and there's a solid menu and a good drink menu so getting your food and drink legs on will take a minute. The area with the cornhole was far more busy than the restaurant. There were families and couples. There was no music or entertainment (we were not expecting that but just mentioning) We sat in the dining area as you can see from the pictures. You do have to ASK for water (pretty much the norm anyway, just mentioning) We liked the themed dining and there are plenty of choices on the menu if you don't eat meat (yeah), I mean you could drink your way through it too! Cheesesteak, chicken sandwich and Inconceivable burger (actually an impossible burger) 2 reasons I took a star off of my rating: first, all of our bread was stale, and I attribute that to the garage doors being opened and bread being exposed to the air and humidity, but still, we all had the same experience with all the different bread. #2 They are not overly generous with the fries and they are really good (just a comment from someone in our group and I agree but I don't eat them anyway, so I gave them up!) Validate that by looking at the cheesesteak where you can count about 12 fries total, and the same with the burger and the chicken sandwich (images tell the story better than words) Aside from that, it is good and different from most places we have been lately."
"Nice open, relaxing atmosphere and dog friendly. Food came out rather quickly once ordered and it was delicious with vegetarian options as well. Highly recommend the spicy margarita and sample a few beers to pick your favorite!"
