"My friends went in to get lunch. They stood and waited and no one waited on them... An employee with a snarky attitude told them " we are busy , use the kiosk if you want..." They were standing around talking instead of doing their jobs ... Which is not only wrong but rude... I will not patronize a store that prioritizes talking etc over giving customers decent service. They also messed up my friends order but at least they fixed it..."

"Arrived at 2:40 and the fries were so freshly fried! Perfect. The young man at the first drive thru window was very polite and friendly. The lady who handed me the food was nice. I parked to eat in the car with my pups, and when I was taken the napkins out of the bag, I saw someone standing outside my car. The lady who gave me my food apparently gave me someone's Big Mac instead of fish filet. She was very apologetic. I'm still wondering when did the cheese in the fish filter get reduced to half a slice? I thought it used to be 1 full square slice?"
