"It wasn't all that good tbh milkshakes are good but really thick I had to pay almost 25 bucks just for me and I really hate how kennywood has debit only I miss the good old days when there was cash. And the cheese fries were really cold and greasy and it tasted like the fryers need to be changed."

"Stay away. Far away. This place is disgusting. Filthy tables and floors. The food is cold and our chicken fingers weren't even fully cooked. The staff is oblivious. The girl with the long black hair couldn't be bothered to get off her phone when I simply asked if they could put the toppings on my fiance's burger (it came out as a patty and bun lol). Kennywood has gone downhill but this establishment is the epitome of how far they've fallen."

"Came here Sunday and idk how Kennywood let this place go down hill. Only positive was the one hostess/kitchen staff for bringing or milkshakes. I feel if Kennywood can't keep up with this place dirty tables, food not cooked right. Then they need just bring back carousel of kitchens they had better experience then this place."

"My 3 grandchildren, husband, and I ate here around 3:00. We wet up to the register but, were told to use the touch screen to place our order by staff. After we entered the orders of 5 people and tried to pay, it froze. An employee tried to get it to work but, couldn’t while the rest of us used napkins to clean off a table because they were ALL filthy and so were the seats. After finally sitting down, my husband told us that we had to come up and redo the order into the other screen. After 20 minutes of trying to order and clean our table, our order finally went through with the other touch screen. We were starving and always loved eating at other Johnny Rockets on cruises, etc. Our number was called, and we received our order. What a disappointment and rip off! We paid over $100 for cold, burnt hamburgers with stale buns and cold fries. Two of the burgers were supposed to have bacon and did not. I have NEVER received a meal like this!!!! We should have taken it back but, by then the line for the touch screen was out the door so we did not. I truly wish we’d read the reviews and saved the $110 to eat somewhere else!!!"

"Very disappointed. The burger is very cold and couldn't have it. I went to ask for the new one that more fresh but it's the same result. The price for burger is petty high compared to the quality. It would be ne and last time for us."
