"Horrible branch. The woman who assisted me was quite clearly a racist . When I asked what she did with my personal information she wrote down she stated it was in the shredder however consumers are not permitted to see the employees shred personal information. Unfortunately PNC Bank chose to close the branch at Eagle Valley when this branch should have been closed"

"DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!! THEY STOLE AND NEVER GAVE MY 107$ BACK FROM ME, and the staff was RUTHLESS, RUDE, DISGUSTING, UNPROFESSIONAL! I was a good customer for literally 4 years! And after a couple years, somehow got my card hacked, and someone not only stole the money on my account but in my gross savings. I had 107$ and more in my bank account, and I went in their to tell them my transactions were fraud, and the woman was SO rude and lied straight to my faces saying " I would have to pay the scammer" and there is nothing she could do. Which I know is in fact not true, because I READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENTS BEFORE I went onto this bank, and they said the fraudulent Alerts would be taken care of in 1 to 6 months, and the money is safe and secure with fraud. YET SHE LIED, WAS RUDE AND BASICALLY YELLED AT ME, WHEN I WAS SO CALM! THEY MUST LOVE WATCHING MONEY GO AWAY ! DO NOT GO HERE!"

I extra appreciate good people these days in one on one, face to face customer service. PNC these tellers are your eyes, your ears and your backbone in a world where most are going digital - keep being personal and take care of your people like Lashanda and others. This busy branch today had another women stepping up too. Go PNC!!!"

"Absolutely Horrible experience. The bank itself is not bad but staff is not professional and in fact rude. Today I went to start an account for my son, when we walked in there was no one in the bank and 6 tellers available and not doing anything they were sitting just chatting with each other. I asked teller Colby to open an account and she just yawned in my face and told me to make an appointment. Now keep in mind when I went there 5 months ago with a six figure check they had a few tellers with multiple costumers and no one told me to make an appointment they took me in right away! But today they told me to make an appointment. A few weeks ago my wife went there with my mom they needed something very simple the bank had a few costumers inside and one of the tellers came out before my wife could even step into the building and told her to go home and do it online whatever is she had to do. This is not just one incident but multiple which really shows the stuff behavior. I put 6 figures through this bank each year and in return I get this rudeness. I am going to change to different bank and it is because of their rude and unprofessional staff."

"Do not bank here. My debit card was hacked and I called PNC who told me just go to the bench and they will issue you a new card . When I arrived I was told I needed an appointment and would have to wait maybe up until 2 hours. When the very nasty man took me into his little cubic and I gave him my licence to get a new card I was told I would have to listen to his speech about online banking . When I said I don't have time he well you have too. So I took my license left and called the 888 number for PNC I spoke to a very nice woman who told me she never heard of making an appointment for a card replacement . Very very nasty man . Horrible customer service"
