"We went on a Friday night 6pm only had 1 person waiting on tables and bar tending she was great and made great cocktail. The pizza was like a frozen microwave pizza awful. Loaded tator tots were ok but cold. Nachos were very heavy on onions and Italian hoagie was a zero. I wouldn't recommend this place for food."

"My experience dining here is a 1-5. Poor customer service & bad meals. Me and my boyfriend had a long service. In all on a scale out 1 of 10 do not recommend. Still enjoyed to my best ability."

"Hula Bar is the best kept secret in town. Located in the community oriented area of Verona. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Hospitality is filled with inclusion and laughter. There is now a full menu with numerous specials. Excellent meeting place for friends. You gotta check it out"

"Very nice local bar. Nice atmosphere. Drinks are reasonably priced. Service is not that great. The bar can be almost empty and the bartender will be talking to someone and not waiting on you many times I got up and just left. Very nice owners."

"So used to enjoy this place, but lately the owners are worried more about drinking then quality. Wife ordered a bacon cheeseburger and our check had a surcharge for the bacon, then 75 cents for lettuce, 75 cents for tomato and so on, literally her total was over 20 dollars for under cooked bacon and over cooked burger. We used to come in here w 8-10 people 2 or 3 times a month and had good times and decent food but the last 2 times we see a switch. When we tried to explain to the owner there was an issue they didn't wanna hear it and the one who was cooking seemed to be a Lil tipsy, which could explain the while experience. Hula if you read this, after all these years we tried to explain the error and issues, but you didn't want to even entertain our concerns. Off to better places I suppose, sad....Lil. Oh and why is there a dog in the bar and why are we petting it w our food gloves on then going back in the kitchen..hmmmm"
