"I placed a mobile order around 2:15am, arrived at the restaurant by 2:30. They were clearly busy and when I pulled to the drivethru I was told to come to the door for my order. I waited for almost an hour until 3:25am with about 20-30 DoorDash and GrubHub drivers. The person bringing up the food didn’t seem to care about how many people were waiting or the accuracy of the orders they were giving out. By 3:30am, I counted 22 bags of food sitting on the shelf unclaimed and there were nine drivers waiting and I was waiting for my own personal order. We were then told the restaurant was closed (a half hour early) and we needed to cancel our orders. They then started to give out the food that had been sitting on the shelves for free (some things had been there for an hour). I was handed two bags of food that I couldn’t eat because I have dietary restrictions. When I got home, I saw the orders I was handed belonged to two people whose drivers had shown up but were told the food wasn’t ready. So, not only were we all treated rudely, but the woman giving out the food wasn’t even reading the names on the bags when they were giving away the food. I feel bad for Ankit C and Nick H that they didn’t get their food because I also didn’t receive the order I had placed through the Wendy’s app. I have been to this location many times before and drive out of my way past two other locations to come here. Never have I been given such piss poor service. The workers that were there tonight should be embarrassed by the level of service given. I’m grateful I didn’t have to pay for the food because not only was it not my order, but I couldn’t eat half of what I was given and it was cold from sitting there for so long."

"I had a very bad experience here with this establishment I had ordered food and I came 2 hours late and 8 items in my order where missing and there was a odd white slime like substance on top of my burger and my bacon fries where missing. I also ordered backonaters and a forsty. I will be locating the employees"

"They seem to purposely give you something completely different from what you ordered at this location. Consistent screwed up orders. Can’t even get chicken nuggets right. Ask for a taco salad and they’ll give you a basic salad and chili -_- dodge this place"

"I'm done giving them chances. We went inside to order take out using the kiosk. Two people who ordered after us got their food before us. Our order was almost completely incorrect. Missing items and incorrect items that I'd only know had I opened everything. We waited so long at the counter that our food was cold. One person at the register had long fake nails and one was missing. I was glad to not find it in my food. Things were casually tossed in bags not in the containers. Fries and nuggets all over the place. We waited almost 30 minutes after placing our order to get it. Once eating our food, there was no lettuce on sandwiches that should have had it, nor bacon on ones that needed that. If I look at a container of fries and only see container, there are not enough fries in it. I had to put the fries in the containers to take the picture. We got our own drinks but there were no straws left for my drink. There were ten people behind the counter. The guys making sandwiches seemed to be waiting on burger patties. The fry guy disappeared when he had fries to make. It was a bad enough experience that I will drive to the next closest Wendy's to get food when I want Wendy's again."
