"Literally the worst Subway I've ever been to. Only one employee! It's the same lady, 7 days a week, and she is so slow! I only get 30 mins for lunch and if someone is ahead of me, forget it. The food is good, it just takes way to long!!!"

"Making two different orders on 1/15/23. We weren’t allowed to use to coupons. Now they have a shield in front of the meat and cheese so you can’t see how much they are putting on before toasting. I didn’t say anything because I am trusting. I got home to find there was barely any meat and when I pulled apart no cheese had been put on. Isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience there so will not be going there again."

"So, went into this location on a Saturday morning abt 11am with my son who was treating that day and he ordered 2 footlongs and I ordered a salad, while sandwiches were being toasted the lady started on my salad, now the lettuce and spinach were all wilted,you can tell it was leftover from last night, the lettuce was starting to turn brown at the edges so I asked if they had fresh lettuce and she said no so I'm like this is all you have for the day? She then proceeds to explain to me that she would have to prep it (we all know the lettuce comes already shredded in a bag) and that it was browning because it was frozen (most of us know what happens when lettuce is frozen and then thawed...except maybe her), anyway I'm not one to make a scene and it was too early in the am to be trying to explain to her why I preferred fresh lettuce so I politely declined the salad, my son got his sandwiches (he didn't care about the lettuce) and we left...all I'm saying is that FRESH is Subways claim to fame and if a paying customer asks for fresh lettuce, I don't understand why the customer can't get fresh lettuce!"

"I always have a decent experience at this store but the one worker Tiara went above and beyond to explain the online ordering when I called. The other worker was also working hard even though the customers she was dealing with were crackheads and trying to make fun of her. Tiara I even asked hey could you just make me another sandwich since I put the wrong coupon in, and she said no I can’t. Even when I offered a tip. She passed the test. I used to work for subway when I was 17 on 51 and Smithfield etc. owner sonny."

"The owner/manager is the sweetest person. She's always so nice and smiling. They are quick here and they always get it right. I'd recommend you visit if you're nearby. They just got a new menu. It's pretty awesome, Just more options. Check it out!"
