"Honestly I wouldn't give any stars based on my experience I had here tonight I ordered food and got a incorrect order and got nothing but attitude from the manager employees in the back blasting rap music not in uniform it's a completely unprofessional I was not giving a receipt and came home with the wrong order still."

"Ordered a double stack for my wife with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Upon opening the sandwich, she was shocked at the extremely small piece of lettuce and the end cut of tomato. I'm very disappointed in this purchase from this location."

"Wendy's is always a good choice for quality fast food. My only gripe is pretty much everytime I order my burger; double with no cheese, there's always cheese. I suggest checking your drive thru order before pulling away. Other than that, delicious!"

"Normally, this place is ok. Never great, but ok. The service has always been inconsistent. Have had a few wrong orders, but nothing egregious enough that we couldn't eat it. Today, though, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a pretzel bacon pub chicken sandwich meal. After paying and getting to the 2nd window, I was asked to pull into a parking spot. My order was brought out after five minutes and got home to find that we had been given a single cheeseburger meal and a double bacon cheeseburger meal. The burgers were so burnt and dry that they were inedible. We ended up eating only the fries. I honestly don't know if we will be going back anytime soon. If so, I will be double-checking my order before taking it home."

"Best Wendy's in the area. I normally have issues with fast food, because of dietary restrictions. If I order a burger I have to get it completely plain, and I've just come to accept the reality that, about half of the time, I will have to send my order back because it was made wrong (more often than not places give you cheese, even if you specify "no cheese"). This is really frustrating, but I take it in stride. I make sure to treat the staff politely and to not be "one of those customers." I've been to this Wendy's more times than I care to admit in the last week, and they have defied my expectations. Wendy's is usually a bit better with order accuracy than their competitors, but I always expect to have problems some of the time. I have not needed to correct my order once, not just in this last week, but in the last couple of months of being a semi-regular customer here. I have worked in fast food and I'm currently a retail supervisor. I understand how demanding jobs like this can be, and I say with conviction, that I am impressed by this location and its staff. They are fast, the orders are always correct, and most importantly, everything is always fresh and tastes amazing. I WISH the staff at my job were this competent and dependable. Whatever you're doing Brentwood Wendy's, keep it up! I'm sure that I will be back sooner than later. In the case that management is reading this: The time frame of this exceptional service has been the week of 7/9-7/16 of 2023, no earlier than 4-5pm EST on a given visit. Corporate, treat these workers right. Pay them well, give them more hours. They are working hard and as somebody with management experience, I can tell you that they are doing an exceptional job. You will be rewarded for recognizing that effort and compensating it properly."
