"We used to order lunch here at least once a week or more. Food has always been very good. Last time we ordered, the chicken cashew tasted off. The meat was chewy and had a sour taste. That was a total turn off and it was thrown away. After about a year we decided to give it another try. When ordering on the phone, we asked for General Tso with garlic sauce added to it. Of course, we would pay any extra charge. The person (American) on the phone flat out said one word....NO! We won't be going there again. Customer service and making trivial accommodations when possible are so important for your business."

"Ordered an egg roll and general tso's chicken. Dining room wasn't busy on a Thursday night. The egg roll was nice and crispy. General tso's chicken was a good portion size . It was tasty even if a little sweet. Service was fast and efficient. Decor was expected and very clean. Great value for the price."

"Had a great meal tonight with my wife. The remodel is very nice. I had cashew chicken, she had spicy garlic chicken, both with fried rice and we shared an order of lo mein noodles. Great service as well."
