"The way they handle people is very interesting. The bartender was more focused on the TV then assisting me with my to go order, I asked for my other bag she looked at me like I wad crazy. I stated their is just cornbread in this bag. She says I didn't bag the order. I said I'm sorry their's mashed potatoes in here as well she cut me off before I finished the word mashed with I didn't bag your stuff I'll get who did. Then tells a waitress to help me as she goes back to messing with the TV. It was not busy at all. I wouldn't come here anymore just from the energy given and I'm a to go order smh. Food smell fire tho It was all one color I there too. You know what I saying"

"Fast service, Lauren helped us out. Food was out within five minutes. The meat was cooked to perfection. Has a smoked flavor but not ever powering the perfect balance. Recommend the sandman for a party of 4."

"I was walking down Butler Street and what drew my attention to this place is the lovely positive quote about women hand painted on a wooden board..I knew I had to check it out. The atmosphere is cool, it almost looks like you’re walking through a greenhouse. The women’s bathroom has an old picture about the women’s suffrage movement, the decor overall was very intentional and much appreciated. The outdoor seating is unique, our bartender was so nice. They have good spicy bloody Mary’s, horseradish heavy (which I love). It was a good choice to watch the Steeler’s game and grab a bite to eat. I got collard greens, Mac n cheese, and cornbread. I can’t give a super accurate review because I didn’t order any meat. My only complaint and honest opinion is the Mac n cheese was a little dry and lacked some flavor, I would come back though."

"Had the chicken and waffles as a meal with a blueberry bees knees drink and ordered ribs as a to-go item, the chicken and waffles came out about five minutes after I ordered them.. and the drink was made in front of me. Bartender was amazing and very nice."

"1 ⭐️ for the service 2 ⭐️ for the drinks 3 ⭐️ for the food We arrived after the brunch hours, the server rushed us in to a table and asked us to look up the menu using the QR code. The server was not around at all to answer any questions, help us with the menu or even check on us. We ordered online which was great so we didn’t have to interact anymore with the disinterested server. Ribs- Tasty but arrived cold Pulled pork sandwich- Cooked well and tasty too, the fries were extra oily. Drinks- We ordered 2 whiskey sours and it was amazing, the bartender did a great job. So we decided to order a second round of the same drink but this time there was only sour in it, less or no whiskey. We sent the drink back and the same server who ushered us in came back and rudely explained how he made the drink and said he can’t do anything different but he’ll make another. He probably shook up and poured the same drink because it tasted exactly worse. We left the drinks after taking just a sip, although we paid $11 for each drink. The drinks overall are overpriced for the taste and quality offered. Decent hospitality from the hospitality industry is not too much to expect is it?! Will not be going back here."
