"I really wanted my nails done TODAY. I went in at 9am (walk-in), and asked if I would be able to make it to work in time at 10. She said yes, and I got here on time. And they turned out great. Exactly what I asked for, even after customizing the picture I showed her. This is my 3rd nail salon I've tried since living in meadville and I'm going back! Thanks guys!"

"I have been here several times and they have always been fantastic. Tonight was the exception and I will never go back. I got dip powder done here about 3.5 weeks ago. I went tonight and she starts to remove it and insists I had acrylic on my nails. I said it was dip and she continued to say it was acrylic because it was so hard to get off. She asked where I got it done and said right here and pointed to the man who did my nails last time. He comes over to look and starts telling me I had ombré which is 2 colors (I’m well aware because I asked for ombré last time) so it’s harder to get off. She proceeds to use a nail clipper to rip the dip powder off of every nail on my left hand. I said it hurt and she just looked at me. She shoves my right hand into a bowl of acetone for maybe 2 minutes and then proceeds to rip the dip off of my nails on that hand as well. My nails were then so thin they were quite literally thinner than paper. She then starts to grind them down even farther and I asked her to stop because it hurt. I couldn’t leave with my nails in that condition so I allowed her to put dip back on so there was some kind of hardness to the nail surface because that’s how thin they were. She charged me an extra $5 for a soak off. The only reason my right hand made it into acetone to begin with was because I complained how bad it hurt to have dip powder ripped off of my nails. $60 total for a dip manicure on nails they ruined. I will never be back."
