"The food here is the best McDonald’s locally. And that’s saying something because we have a weird amount of McDonald’s here. The fries are amazing and so are the smoothies like YUMMY"

"So, first off, I fully understand that things can be busy, but this was ridiculous. When we got there there was no line but people were waiting for food. We stood at the counter for a few minutes and then ended up using the self kiosk they had. After our order, we waited 20 minutes for our food. When it came to finding a clean table, we couldn't. We had to ask for a rag to clean a table, so we had a place to eat. When we did get our food, they called the number. Instead of bringing it to the table, we had to get our own cups from beside the counter. The lids were out, and there were no napkins. We watched people come in to order food and stand there and wait, and no one came to the counter. One guy walked out because he got tired of waiting. My question is, do you want people to come in and order, or do you want us to do everything?"

"Found a bug baked into the egg of my breakfast sandwich and the egg wasn’t even fully cooked. I took the sandwich back and was asked if they could replace it, but I was totally repulsed and did not want another sandwich. I was then asked if they could do anything else so I asked for a refund. The worker apologized but it didn’t seem genuine and almost seemed like this wasn’t gross to them and I imagine it happens more often than not from the reaction I got. I will not be going back."
