My QNB seemed to get down perfectly the impersonal, inflexible, treat-me-like-a-number attitude that big banks seem to have. But, unlike big banks, their 24-Hour banking often isn't 24 hours--and if you need to talk to a real person about your bank account, and it's after 8ish, forget it. All I ever got was a phone-punch runaround and an opportunity to leave a voicemail for someone who would contact me in the morning. After three years of this, I'm done with Mayberry banks!"
