"Came on 2/3 and woman seen me at the door and instead of letting me know they didn’t have to come in until 11 no one came to the door. I called and she stated “we didn’t have to come in until 11am and the doors won’t be open yet” it’s currently 11:15a I will never come to this location!"

"Not sure who is training these people, but they’re not doing a good job. I walk in and there’s no one in line. This lady who has moles all over her face, not being mean only trying to describe the terrible employee, was just walking back and forth behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge me. I’m standing right under the order here sign and I ask her about the new side kicks. She answers my question and then grabs two pieces of bread and starts to make pickup orders. It was so rude. How could you train your employees to prioritize orders for people that aren’t even in the store while someone is standing right at the counter waiting. I ended up just walking out and not buying the three foot longs and sidekicks."

"I live closer to numerous subways but this is the one I always go to. The manager jesse is amazing.the place is always spotless when she's there ( this is very important to me when dining out) I've been going there for years now and never had a bad experience!"

"I WISH I could give service ZERO stars. The food was alright, even though my order was messed up. But the attitude and rudeness of the woman that was working at this location on Thursday, Nov 9th, 23 is one of the WORSE experiences I ever had at any restaurant. Not only did she hand up on me three times, but she also has to learn when to talk and when not to. As she picked up the phone when I called, I could hear her already bitching about how ridiculous it was that I was calling back; after she hung up as i waited for five minutes or so for her to come back to the phone before I even had a chance to say hello. She has got to be the RUDEST Subway worker I have EVER TALKED TO. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be working there. She even complained she was alone and I told her I felt bad she was having a bad day, but not to take it out on me. I work at a nearby business, and we order almost every week. But after this experience, we will order from another location. My advice to the owners is to fire her before she pushes any more of your customers away."
