Arby's

"Today is the third time I have done the drive through and the third time an item was left off of my order. The first time I overlooked it, the second time I called and I was give my missing item at my next visit, and today I called about my missing item and no one answered the phone and eventually a message came on saying no one is here now. I myself will not be ordering anything from Arby’s ( I don’t even like roast beef) but I guess for Arby’s sake my dad eats roast beef."

"Staff was very rude. Accidentally submitted my mobile order to the wrong Arby’s. I called the Arby’s I put the order in to, had them call the Arby’s I was at. Had it squared away on that end. They said sometimes they don’t accommodate you. Just so you are aware. But show them your receipt and they will keep a look out for you. I go through the drive thru. They tell me they can’t accommodate me. That’s not how there system works. Very rude. It’s the same thing. I don’t see the different. I already paid. I will never go to this establishment ever again. Lost a loyal customer."

"Pulled into the parking lot. Entrance doors were locked. Had to order through drive thru, due to the fact only 2 employees were present. So, they were overwhelmed, to say the least. Food was good, considering the situation. Shame that this has to exist in the world. Bring back pride and desire to work, and all will be better."

"Came here 2 weeks ago to pick up an online order. Service was top notch. There were only 2 ladies staffed during an extremely busy dinner rush. Those 2 ladies were working SO hard to take care of the drive thru, inside and a ton of online orders. They both deserve all the recognition in the world. It is not an easy job to take do during a rush let alone with only 2 people. I wanted to make sure I left a review and hopefully these 2 ladies get recognized for their hard work and dedication to this business. They deserve it, plus more!"

"Stopped by for a quick meal and was pleasantly impressed by some things, and not by others. The staff was great! The food - so so. Let's start with the staff. I have the Arby's app and, being a Tuesday, I got a coupon I was going to use. But, for whatever reason, I was having trouble figuring out how to enter the order in to the app properly. The employee behind the counter saw that I was struggling and offered to help by applying the coupon at the cash register. He went to the shift leader and got the approval to do so and saved me from the problems I was having. He also made sure he got my order right and helped me and other customers in other ways. Five star service for sure!!! The food was a slightly different story. I tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. The chicken pieces had been cooked a while before so when I bit into them I noticed they were actually room temperature. The bigger issue for me was the wrap though. It was very chewy to the point of almost being tough. Not sure if it also sat out for too long of what, but it was almost unpleasant. Final comment, and a positive one, the buffalo sauce was actually pleasantly spicy. So, overall, an OK experience."
