"I entered the store today getting ready to order food when an employee stated he was the owner, but I know he wasn't, got rude with me for using their garbage can before ordering. Along with seeing this employee catterwalling at girls and after today's rudeness I'm done with that place. The past 2 years I've purchased Christmas gifts cards there. No more. Sent feed back to home office as they currently Don't have a number to reach their corporate headquarters. My advise is to eat elsewhere where they treat their customers better"

"Hidden inside the Butler Walmart is a perfect place for the perfect cheesesteak! Hands down the best cheese steak I've had in a long time! Always cooked to perfection and plenty of bang for your buck. They do not slim down the meat like most places. If the Old School comes back again, I highly recommend it! Until then, my go-to is the bacon three cheese steak. Staff and service is always friendly and accommodating. Only four star for atmosphere due to it being in Walmart... But the restaurant itself is great."

"As a driver for DoorDash and Uber Eats I personally love this location. They are ready to pick up 90% of the time which is a lot better than any restaurant in the area. They have a lot of really good workers. I should disclose I worked for the Charley's up at the Outlet Mall in Grove City about a decade ago (same food not sure about affiliation) and they were awful, but this place has some of the hardest workers and customer service here is genuinely good. I don't review the food because to me the food is almost all the same at most restaurants it's the level of competency of the staff that'll make a good restaurant experience I've found personally. This place is highly competent!"
