"The level of stupidity I've dealt with at this branch is unfathomable and unacceptable by most objective measures. The website was malfunctioning when I tried to purchase foreign currency. So I call the branch and ask if I can walk-in to exchange $400 to pesos. They say no pesos need to be ordered, we don't keep them on hand. So i take off work to make it there before they close. I get there, the guy asks I explain it, I show him the $400 and say I need 400 us dollars worth of pesos. I said it 3 times in different ways. 400 dollars. 400 us dollars. Like 8000 pesos or so for the 400 cash I have here in my hand. He writes my name down on a sticky note without confirming any I'd or account info. (Why could I not do this over the phone?!?!?) I wait a couple days and they call. I go in. Tell Emiliano my name and why I'm there. They pull out an envelope and the Christy begins to count the pesos. "400" she says. I said no...I confirmed many times that I needed $400 of pesos. That's all they ordered. EVEN after he told another colleague that I wanted 400 pesos and that person said "thats not a lot, that's like 20 bucks are you sure".. So I got a whole $23 of pesos. I don't know how or why this person was given the authority/responsibility of handling money, but it should be rescinded. That's not a simple error.. there were so many indicators that he was doing something incorrectly and he proceeded without bothering to check with someone else or call the number I had given him! I would personally be ashamed if this were my business, but they don't care about people anymore, we're just numbers to TD bank."
"Lauren at this branch is an amazing employee and extremely helpful. Anyone coming to this bank for financial assistance should see her. Always helpful and incredibly nice!"
"This bank mostly fouled me up by not letting me spend my own money. Every large transaction had to be approved by TD and I lost thousands of dollars. I also got left out in the rain with no cab and had to spend all night straightening it out. I had covid so I wasn't banking so they closed my account. Worst bank ever after being a customer for over 20 years."
"Carli has to be the nicest account manager I have ever worked with. Had a complicated new account opening on a Saturday morning and she did everything in record time while looking out for our best interests in the process. 5 stars."
"I had be having problems with my credit card payments for 2 weeks, I was on the phone every day with CreditOne for 30 mins every day, I finally gave up and called td bank, within 5 mins, Kelly gave me the amounts I needed to verify my account information. creditone customer service is terrible, Collegeville td bank is the best! If a manager sees this, please give Kelly a raise cause she’s amazing!"
