He never called back either . Do not use this company . They are a joke and the rates are extremely high . I’m reporting them to the BBB today . Even when I called today with questions the lady on the phone said I started a week ago so I don’t know anything. Funny thing is , Rachel said the same thing the day before . There is a staffing issue and a training issue. Use them at your own risk ."
