"Awesome experience with a very down to earth and open-minded waitress! She went above and beyond with our order and was very gracious about the whole thing beginning to end! Looking forward to our next trip as there are several things I would like to try on the menu still!"

"Chaotic atmosphere. A dedicated person. At the door is needed during busy times. Customers entering had no idea how to get on the list to be seated and other customers who were waiting to be seated started helping people at the door. When one party was seated, the server asked them to scratch their own name off the list. The manager took our drink order but only took my drink order and ignored my husband completely. He had to order his drink when the manager got back with my drink. The server never checked on us after our food came out and we were there over an hour. No refills or checking to see how things were. My husband stood at the register for 20 minutes waiting to pay the bill. The food was decent and bathrooms clean and well stocked. Overall, an awful experience and not worth ever going back."

"I enjoyed a nice, affordable and tasty meal here with my family while in the north hills. We all either ordered burgers and fries or breakfast slams and everyone enjoyed their food. The waitress was super nice too."

"Let me be clear... this review has nothing to do with the service and / or food given to me. Both were pretty good with no complaints... This review is particularly directed towards Denny's corporate. What I saw today at the McKnight Road location really disappointed me. I was eating dinner when suddenly I felt these small drops hitting me from what It seemed like it was coming from the ceiling. After I finished my meal, the drip started to intensify, and I looked up to see the ceiling tiles warping from water leaking in from the roof. Granted, it was raining pretty hard on this day...but no building (especially a chain restaurant) should get to the point of that decay. It's pretty obvious that this issue will get swept under the rug if I didn't point this out. There probably will be (if there already isn't) mold issues and overall health concerns while dining in this location. It's also very dusty and filthy. As a multi-billion dollar chain restaurant, you need to do better. It's sad how far Denny's has gone downhill."

"I often come here on my lunch break. The food and service is always excellent. The waiter named Joe is great! The best part is that the tables move. My plus sized coworker always has room when we sit in a booth."
