"My god… FIX THE HOURS IF THEY HAVE CHANGED!!! I thought the existence of this Taco Bell location would save me from having to frequent the other awful locations that come to mind. I’m an insomniac who likes fast food. People like me sometimes rely on the few places that are open really late. The hours listed on google and on the Taco Bell website stated they would be open until 2am. I put in a mobile order at 11:30pm and arrived for pick up at about 11:50. As I roll up I see probably the last employee getting in their car to leave and some poor, lost soul waiting at the pickup window. The only other appealing option I could think of was ordering sheetz MTO food and that wasn’t exactly a short wait AND because I was in a hangry stupor, I ordered at the wrong sheetz which added 40 minutes of driving to my simple quest to get some late night junk food. This part of course was my fault but BOY my night would have been much better if this Taco Bell didn’t screw me over. I reached out to Taco Bell support immediately because the app took my money and I certainly didn’t get my order. A few days have passed and I haven’t heard back and I have still been fully charged. WACK!!! For me, this location has been better than others in terms of food quality but worse in terms of service. Pick your poison I guess."

"Witnessed the lady working today mess up 3 straight orders, including mine, then blame it on the customers every time and refuse to apologize for her mistakes let alone fix the orders. Looked for a general manager’s information to let them know about the condition of their store but none was posted in the restaurant. Tried calling the location to speak with someone with the authority to rectify the situation but no one picked up. Will not be returning to this location and urge the owner of this franchise to retrain the staff on proper customer service."

"The evening/ night crew absolutely sucks! Like they stand behind the line acting like they are working just to avoid customers at the front end. I placed my order 10 minutes before I got here. There was no one in the drive-thru. And one person in front of me inside. The crew is taking to each other and carrying on. It took 30 minutes to get my food. The only thing good about this place is the location. Ya'll suck. On top of everything the very simple order was made wrong."

"Don't know how you idiots miss half a freaking order when it's on a big screen in your face and on the receipt you taped to the bag. Uber won't do a thing so filing a reversal with my bank."

"Ordered Mexican pizzas but beans weren’t properly refried just put globs on it, also the tortilla is supposed to be flour tortillas but they instead used the yellow tortillas in a Mexican Pizza which I hadn’t seen. Not only that but the tortillas were all stale and soggy and don’t take good at all. Completely had to throw away the whole order."
