Wendy's 7317 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237

"Came down this way because I wanted to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom on a Saturday before I head to an interview. Parked the car and had a drive through employee tell me in a very rude way how it was drive through only no details on why mind you it’s 11AM not the dead of night. I have not eaten Wendy’s in a while but just that experience made it very easy for me to eat somewhere else. I want to be clear, that I’m not sensitive I don’t typically write reviews especially for fast food and maybe that employee is having a bad day but don’t take it out on a random stranger"

"Just drive-thru only. You just never know when they're open. They messed up an order. I said no bacon. They gave me bacon anyway. So I just get the 4 because it doesn't come with pork. Wish I could get a honey butter chicken croissant. But nope it's not on the menu. So it's convenient. Nothing special. Potatoes tasted hot and old. Not fresh."

"It’s always something with this place. The dinning room isn’t open, the food is messed up or they take their good ole time for drive through. Spend your money else where don’t go here. If the employees don’t wanna work then they just need to close the place for good bc they all have attitudes anyways"

"Team member was handling cooked chicken nuggets from the fry dump when I got there with her barehands. Submitted my order via mobile and I still had to wait for my order for over 10 minutes. Service being slow I can forgive but please wear some gloves next time. Update after recieving my food: Fries were warm and chicken sandwich and nuggets were room temp despite being able to watch them cook it fresh, it just sat there waiting to be bagged so long. Positive was I got an extra order of french fries in my bag by accident but I'm sure it came out of someone else's meal."

"The food was essentially fine, but it took over 5 minutes a car to get through the drive-thru and then when I finally got to the window it was opened twice and not once did they even acknowledge I existed, other than shoving a bag or drink out. Almost 25 minutes later and I finally left with my food... I also ordered through the app, by the way, but when I got to the speaker I had to wait almost 5 minutes to even tell them my order was already placed."
