"I got great customer service at this location. I'm black, most people feel as though they don't owe me any respect. At this location I was treated with respect and the food was great!!!"

"I had the worst experience here. I had ordered food through a mobile order to pickup at the counter. I went there after 20 minutes. There was no my order. I checked with the manager he simply said it was gone and went to the kitchen. I was expecting like he would come back and tell me something but he never showed up. I was waiting and waiting. He didn't show up at all. There was a one kind person who talked to me and knew that I was waiting for my order. At last I was given my order. when something goes wrong, a manger should be able to address the problem. The food was not fully cooked and tasted like bitter. I would have given 5 stars to that kind hearted person in my mind but was giving 2 stars because others should know what happened to me and read through this."

"Hands down, best McDonald’s I have ever been to. Food was fresh, employees were professional, efficient, and incredibly friendly. Would definitely go out of my way to dine at this location compared to any of the inner city Pittsburgh ones."

"So I liked just about everything about this restaurant. I however do have a gripe with how my nuggets were made today. They were made in fish oil. Yes. My nuggets tasted like fish. Personally, I like fish so I ate them no problem. My concern is someone who is allergic to fish and that gets served to them... It would be all bad. Come on MacShack, you can do better. Food safety isn't that hard. Oh, and salt your fries too please. Holy God those fries had no flavor."

"One of the workers is very dishonest/ lazy. Look at the photo of the hash brown they served this morning (8/9/23). They should have thrown out this one."
