"I wanted to deposit a check into my checking account at the bank. While I was standing there they wanted to text me??? This is the stupidest thing I ever heard of. They didn’t ask for ID. I was depositing the entire check, no money back. Well this will make banking so much faster."

"Teller Manager Yamiles NS is the best !!!! She thwarted the attempts of a fraudster who entered her branch and attempted to withdraw funds from my account. He had my SS# and photo ID!!! Her diligence in questioning the male saved me from untold heartache. The fraudster fled the bank empty handed. Thank you so much for doing your job!!!! For those who get annoyed at the tellers for not rubber stmping your requests....... they're protecting you! Appreciate the skepticism.....and maybe one day you'll be as grateful as I am."

"I would have given a zero if I could . I been a customer in this branch for the last 8 years . For the last couple of years my experience was not that great . I went in to close my locker and each one gave me a different answer and when I asked to talk to the manager, all she had to tell me was u signed a contract and u have to read the contract . I asked her I signed the contract 5 years ago and don’t have one handy that’s y came to the branch three times asking for info . I told her I am a professional myself and that people sign a lot of contracts but when a question is asked u don’t tell them in a rude way to go back to read the contract rather just give them the info . I recently been in at the cedar crest td bank . Employees are very polite and treat u good . I told the manager I am done with that branch and would not come back there again ."

"Slow as usual, counter personal is pleasent. Current manager shouldn't be there or needs a refresher course in customer service. A simple debit replacement spent 45 minutes in a line for her to tell me I'll have to wait for another agent to assist."

"This bank never ceases to disappoint me! I go in there just about every week, my id expired 4/30/16, completely my fault. 2 weeks ago it wasn't a problem but today it was. How can I have my bank card, I'd expired I know, social security card, plus numerous other cards with my name on it and I can't take money out of MY account!? The larger lady manager even gave me a dirty look when I asked for my cards back to just withdrawal from the atm. They take forever there, always have about one person at the counter and God forbid you need to change your address you have to wait an hour for customer service cause they can't just do it there. It's always an issue with these people. I will be taking my banking elsewhere. And all the charges they rack up, my gosh! I've contacted corporate and they have definitely lost a lot of business!"
