"My experience today was really bad. The stylist has a bad attitude and said she didn’t want to do my hair. This shop use to be really good and fair when there was someone else managing the salon. The new manager seems to not have any control. It’s a lot tension and so many arguments between stylist and customers. I wish the owner and management would step up and control this salon."

"When I called the day before asked for a price for feed-in cornrows. The man stated $10 a braid,I took my two daughters to get 2 each. It took the lady 3 1/2 hrs to do them. She didn't know how make a straight part,she keep asking for help including asking me to part my own daughter hair. She still couldn't get it correct,my daughter braids came out cricketed. Them when it was time to pay they tell me $90. I use always go to them growing up. They have fell off,never again will I go back."

"I just left here and I’m extremely upset! I called and asked how much four corn rolls would be and was told $40, but at checkout my hair cost $60. $60 is still a good price BUT my corn rolls are UNEVEN. The woman who did my hair acted as if she didn’t notice at first and then offered to redo them, but I didn’t have the time as I had been there since 11:15am and the time was 2:25 checking out. I said to her “I could’ve at least gotten a discount since my hair was uneven” and she immediately caught an attitude. I’m confused as to why she would have one when I’m the one with lopsided cornrolls. With all of that being said, I will no longer be coming to this location. Working in customer service isn’t for everyone and it’s definitely not for her. She braided my hair in a second room they have towards the back, so I wouldn’t go to her if I were you."

"This place is going down bad, I’ve been going here for over 10 years and the past year the customer service has gotten bad. I schedule appointments the braided either don’t show up or have already started someone else hair. They are very rude and nasty. When I finally get in the chair and ask for knotless braid this is what they do. Cathy is the only one that is nice, and professional. I’m no longer giving them my money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there."

"I came for Butt Length 613 Knotless braids, same day appointment and was In close to 3pm done by 8pm. A lady name Mama did my hair, I really loved it, she did exactly what I asked for and even left my baby hairs out when I asked her too. Lol she will now be my go to for the summer… I’ve got so many compliments on my hair. I’m So happy I came across this place, good service, nice ladies. Thank you"
