Taco Bell

"What happened to this place? This used to be one of the friendliest and best run Taco Bells around but I see things have changed drastically. I placed an order online and arrived for pick up about 10 minutes later. There were 4 or 5 people in the back but no one was interacting the customers out front. Three people were waiting for orders besides myself, two were delivery drivers and all were clearly frustrated with the wait. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for my food. I know places get busy and there can be delays for what ever reason, but the lack of caring or even attempt to interact or update us was unacceptable. The front of the store was filthy with overflowing trash and items at the drink fountain not stocked. As much as I love the food I will not be returning. It looks like the store was just remodeled but that's not going to help your business with that kind of service. Also, by the number of horrible reviews it does not appear that management or corporate care in the least to address any concerns."

"HORRIBLE EVERYTIME it’s more and more messed up. Got no nachos and just cheese on a tortilla for my chicken quesadilla after i ordered and paid they said out of chicken i said steaks fine then and this is what i got NO NACHOS SOGGY TACO CHEESE ON TORTILLA NO CHICKEN PLACE IS TRASH - and these people just do watever they want- I’ll never be back ruined it one too many times for me . Last three visits something’s been majorly wrong . $15 wasted smh"

"Neither quesadilla had creamy cheese sauce despite ordering one with easy, neither were marked, but I guess it ended up not mattering, neither quesadilla was cut, at all - not like they didn’t succeed in cutting all the way through, like there wasn’t even a mark from an attempt, neither quesadilla - this is, I remind you, a $5+ item - had cheese across the tortilla, but rather was just a single line down the middle, leaving ~50% of the bites just two completely plain layers of tortilla… the cheese dip was less than half empty, the strawberry twists had 8 twists/partial twists in the bag, the cheesy roll up had lettuce in it (kids care), and it was a 25 minute wait with only one other person in the lobby."

"In drive thru for 30+ minutes. When I pulled up I was the next car to order, no reason to be in a short taco bell line and it take that long. Item on the left of my photo is a $5 Beef Supreme Burrito, on the right is $2 Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito. Yes the right one is in a bigger wrap at least and I'm not sure if the left one was even a Beef Burrito just tasted like mush must of been a bean burrito."

"Ordered 2 Baja Blast Frozen drinks at the machine. Sat down. Waited. Waited. Waited. Not a hello, not a hi, nothing. 10 minutes pass. A man in a black shirt and tie comes in. We can only assume is the manager and THEEEEEN the girl with the drive thru headset comes over and asks what everyone is there for. I said, "how much longer for the 2 Baja blast drinks? We've been sitting here for 10 minutes." She laughs and goes, "Oh, that's all you're here for!!! What was it?" Really? Overpriced and the service.....ouch. You fail. How is this place open?! Never going back."
