"When I ordered the guy at the register made me repeat what was on the burger 3 different times( it was a simple plain cheese burger) and after he put it in the system wrong but one of the lady’s in the back saw it in the system and made it wrong, when it came time to pay my total was 10.70 I had 10 dollars in cash but I have money on my apple cash for times like this I hand him the 10 and ask if I can pay 70 cents on apple and he says yes he holds onto the cash as I am paying on apple and when I click pay and finish the transaction he says “uhh heres your money back”. The food was mediocre at best and when i got ketchup the dispenser had bugs fly out of it the minute i touched it. The floors are sticky and tables unwiped and the crew definitely does not have its act together"

"Food was fine and consistent with other Wendy's that I've visited around the country but I really feel sorry for the staff that was working at the front. Clearly she was overworked, stressed and feeling exasperated from her expression, but holding it together. This particular location was definitely understaffed today as the lady at the front was the only person and there was a line of customers, with just only one person doing everything. And it wasn't even peak lunch or dinner time. This particular franchise needs to evaluate their staffing ratio."

"Great group on staff today! Did amazing during the lunch rush. No wait, order was correct. Fries tasted great, sandwich was hot. A pleasant lady took my order. Sometimes I stop here for lunch and today I was happy I went."
