"Not my experience but my grandson has had an account here since around 2015. Sad thing is though because he has a saving account he has no card to use the ATM. Which is a real disadvantage. Like today here we sit waiting to see if anyone is coming in to do the virtual ATM because there are never signs saying if someone will be available or not. I don't understand why they can't give an ATM card with savings accounts it ridiculous and inconvenient."
"The mistakes made by employees are too much. The frustration that is experienced to ask a question is too much for Joe who works on returning cheques. I have never met Joe but somehow I have become "you people ". Finding a institution that has a little respect for its customers. You will not get this from NEPA."
"I recently applied for a credit card and was told after a week that I needed a co-signer. I had a credit score of 680+ then, once NEPA did a credit check it dropped tremendously. So, l'm now left with no credit card and a LOWER credit score. I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks alot NE PA credit Union."
"The one star isn’t even deserved. I did a lease buyout through NEPA and not one step of the process came without issues. From being given the wrong rates, to being bounced around from person to person, being told my application was received, processed and approved, to never received, to waiting on hold in a room for 30+ minutes having to correspond with someone through a computer screen, to being given a short check for the tax title and tag, having to run back and forth from the bank to the tag place when they supposedly called and figured out the numbers before hand. The entire process has been and absolute nightmare. Would highly advise doing business elsewhere."
"We used NEPA to get our car loan. We were on a tight schedule as our ordered vehicle arrived early (and we didn't trust our dealer not to sell it for a markup). The sign up process to join was simple and we were able to do it over the phone. Jazz was extremely friendly and helpful and was available to answer all my questions in a timely manner. All said and done we were able to join and get the loan in two days! My wife and I couldn't be happier. We got a great rate and the customer service was some of the best we've encountered at a bank."
