"This is a brand new location and we've never had a problem with an app order. Everything is in the bag and the customized items are correct. We find the staff to be efficient and friendly. I'm looking forward to trying all the new menu items."
"Straight trash!!!! Broken shells, very little food given. Very disappointing, didn’t think they were going to be as bad as belle vernon. But they are"
"The place looks great and new. The staff is new obviously but wow. Every time I’ve gone, I used the app to order and my wait is still about 25-30 minutes. They have forgotten at least 2 items each of the 3 times I’ve been there. Each time I get something grilled, it’s burnt to a crisp. Most of the items I’ve ordered are severely under filled. It’s really disheartening to order something that’s $5+ and it’s got a spoonful of filling in it. I got a Crunchwrap last time and it literally, and I mean literally had a teaspoon amount of meat in it and it barely had much of any other stuff in it. It was basically just a burnt tortilla wrapped around a small bite of fillings. It’s really a shame because I adore Taco Bell. I’m probably one of their biggest fans ever. I’ve never had any complaints about any Taco Bell before but I guess I had to get disappointed eventually."
"I've been there a handful of times for the breakfast snack wraps only to pay almost 5 dollars for something that maybe has three dollars worth of food. The hash brown were so overcooked. It was like chewing tiny rocks. Barely any eggs and the wrap was over toasted and hard each time. The younger employees are rude and definitely don't believe in service with a smile let alone a hello."
"I live 20 mins away from here so when they offered delivery I was floored. Not only was my food warm, all of my picky order was accurate. I would never complain about the extra time it took to get here because it was a miracle they came this far anyways! Like I said, food was spot on AND delicious!"
