"Their prices are way too high for the quality of services provided. One of my braids unraveled about 2 hrs after getting it done. Can you say amateur??! I understand mistakes happen but, after making them aware of the issue it was no sense of remorse or concern. This happened on a Thursday and I was told to come in on Saturday for it to be corrected!? Unacceptable!! Then, when I did come in for it to be fixed she acted as if I was inconveniencing her for the mistake she made!! I thought about giving them another chance in the future but based on their attitudes and reaction from this situation I wouldn’t. Bottom line when you are running a business and charging top dollar for services, you have to know how to be professional and this place does not understand how to do that even when chances were given. Nor, do they know how to execute braids that are offered on their site from my experience!!"
