She cut his ear, and didn't trim his sides nor the back she never used a razor nor a trimmer machine, his hair was still standing up he had patches and antennas all over his head. I was livid my poor boy he had to get a buzz cut for his b-day party he was so sad. I am never ever taking him back this is why my husband also did not give her a tip he also was furious!!"
